Accessibility Statement

1. Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use solaryxdev.com, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. What we do

• Every page has one main heading and starts with a link that skips straight to the content.
• Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline: the menu, Search and Ask, the contact form and the cookie settings.
• Text meets the WCAG AA contrast ratios against the black background.
• If your device asks for reduced motion, the star field holds still, its pictures appear without animation, and the text and smooth-scrolling effects are switched off.
• The pictures drawn in stars are decoration: the words on each page carry the same meaning, and the field is hidden from screen readers.
• Every page is built from plain links and text, and can be read without JavaScript.
• Pages fit a screen 320 pixels wide without scrolling sideways, so they can be zoomed without losing content.

3. Known limits

• The star field moves and responds to the pointer. It carries no information, and it stops moving when reduced motion is set.
• On the home page, the opening paragraphs brighten as you scroll: until they reach the middle of the screen, their words are shown dimmer than the rest of the text. With reduced motion they are shown at full contrast from the start.
• The client portal and the booking page are separate applications and are not covered by this statement. If something there is hard to use, tell us as well.
• Some of the sources we link to are on other websites, which we do not control.

4. How we checked

This statement is based on our own testing: automated checks of every page at desktop and phone sizes, and keyboard testing. It has not yet been checked by an independent auditor.

5. Tell us about a barrier

If something on this website is hard or impossible for you to use, email info@solaryxdev.com with the page address and what happened. A person reads every message and replies. If you need something from this website in another format, we will provide it.
