You do, for everything you have paid for. The economic rights in work built for you are assigned to you on full payment, and the source code is yours on request at any time. Anything we had before your project stays ours, and our commitments give you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it.

A 12-month warranty from acceptance while we host it, during which defects in what we built are fixed at no cost. After that, Base Platform Care keeps the system hosted, and the Premium Subscription adds monitoring, updates, backups with tested restores and an agreed response time. Or we hand it over cleanly.

Ours are. Our agreements are governed by UAE law, and under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services, electronic signature and acceptance are valid and binding.
