An engineering firm that builds autonomous systems, and runs its own company on them.

Every guarantee on this site is tested on our own company first. The books, the contracts and the client email all run on what we sell.

An engineering firm for applied intelligence, working with companies worldwide, remotely and on one contract. It designs, builds and runs autonomous agents, private models and the data they depend on. One registered company, named in section 1 of our Terms, signs every proposal and invoice.

  • Worldwide, one contract
  • Runs on its own stack
  • Small on purpose

The engineer who scopes your work builds it.

SolaryxDev is small on purpose. There is no delivery floor and no bench of contractors between the first call and the code, which is why we can quote one fixed price and stand behind it.

AI-native describes how we work and what we deliver. Models are part of how our engineers build, and part of the systems we hand over. Sometimes a database and a clear rule will do the job better. Then no model goes in.

The work falls into four disciplines. Autonomous agents, retrieval that cites its sources and document intelligence do the visible part. Beneath them sit private models with the evaluation that keeps them honest, the data foundations they read from, and the hosting and support that keep all of it running. The full list of solutions groups them by discipline.

One company on every proposal, contract and invoice.

SolaryxDev is the trading brand of a free zone company registered in the UAE. Section 1 of our Terms names it and its registered office, and that company is the party you sign with.

Client agreements (the website's terms of use are separate) are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. You sign them in the browser, where an electronic signature binds under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021. Our commitments sets out every clause a buyer should read.

The same contract, wherever the client is.

Engagements run remotely, on the same terms in every market. We operate to the GDPR, host systems in Germany by default, and can run them on your own servers instead.

Our own company is the first production system.

Every SolaryxDev client signs in to our client portal to read proposals, sign contracts, pay invoices and follow the work. We also run four products under their own brands, Lineupo, RefBooth, Solaryx Studio and Bookesto, each shown with the status it has today.

Video calls, scheduling, mail and the books run on servers we operate. None of that internal tooling is for sale.

Six rules we can be held to.

Written down, so a client can check us against each one.

  • Evidence over status lights. We point to the artifact that changed, or to the attempt that failed as it should. An exit code, a green tick or an HTTP 200 proves nothing on its own.
  • One figure everywhere. What a client is shown, what is booked and what is charged come from one source.
  • Money checks fail closed. A check that cannot run makes the system refuse and wait.
  • A client sees only their own records. Every route enforces that at the query, independently of the others.
  • Every change ships with a test, and that test must fail on the real defect before anyone trusts it.
  • A model never moves money, deletes a record or contacts a customer for the first time on its own.

Engineering shows how each rule is enforced, from the release gate to the model guardrails.

The work we turn down.

Listed here so neither side spends a call on it.

  • Staff augmentation

We take responsibility for outcomes we have scoped and priced. Filling a seat on your team is a different business.

  • Open-ended retainers

A fixed scope with a fixed number, or a plan with a defined boundary. Nothing that quietly bills forever.

  • Design-only projects

Interfaces matter to us as part of a working system. A brand identity on its own is a brand studio's job.

  • Anything life-safety critical

Where a wrong automated decision could injure somebody, you need a certified supplier, and we are not one.

  • Tax and legal advice

We make your systems produce what the rules require. What the rules require of you stays with your tax adviser and your lawyer.

  • Reseller arrangements

No partner, reseller or referral arrangement with any model provider, ERP vendor or e-invoicing provider. We take nothing from a vendor we recommend.

  • Work we cannot verify

If we cannot test it, we cannot warrant it, and we will not ship it.

Frequently asked questions

Who is SolaryxDev?

An engineering firm for applied intelligence, working with companies worldwide, remotely and on one contract. It designs, builds and runs autonomous agents, private models and the data they depend on. One registered company, named in section 1 of our Terms, signs every proposal and invoice.

Where do you work?

Worldwide, and remotely. Every client signs the same agreement.

What do you not do?

Staff augmentation, open-ended retainers, design-only projects and anything life-safety critical. We also give no tax or legal advice, hold no reseller arrangement with any vendor, and turn down work we cannot test and therefore cannot warrant.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, yours or ours, before you share anything sensitive. The agreement you sign later carries its own confidentiality terms, which run for three years after it ends and indefinitely for trade secrets and source code.

Who will do the work?

The person who scoped it. No account manager sits in between and no delivery team you have never met takes over, so the answers you give on the first call go straight into the build.

Does SolaryxDev put a model in every system?

No. Models are one of the tools we build with, used where they do real work, such as agents and document automation. Where a database and a clear rule solve the problem, we leave the model out.
