A free 30-minute consultation with the engineer who would build it.
Half an hour on how your business runs and where it loses time or money, with no deck and no sales script.
Thirty minutes online, free, with the person who would scope and build your system. We ask what the business does, where time or money leaks, and what done would look like. A written scope and one fixed number follow, or a 'not yet' with the reason.
Choose a time.
Pick a day, then a time, and add your name, your email and what the call is about. We confirm every booking before the meeting.

The call covers three things, in order.
Each gets its share of the half hour:
- Your business. What it does, who does what, and which systems hold the work today.
- The problem. Where the hours or the money go, what has been tried, and what cannot change, such as a regulator's date or a system you must keep.
- What done would look like. The outcome you would pay for, in your words, and whether software is the right answer at all.
If the work is not worth doing yet, we say so on the call, before either side has spent anything on it.
Nothing to prepare, though four things help.
To use the half hour well, have these to hand:
- The names of the systems you use, such as the accounting package or ERP, the CRM and the spreadsheets that fill the gaps.
- Rough volumes: invoices a month, staff who would use it, companies or branches involved.
- Any fixed date, for example a launch or a compliance deadline.
- Who else decides, so they can join if they want to.
Keep passwords and customer records out of the booking and the call. If you need an NDA first, mention it when you book or send a message, and we sign one before you share anything sensitive.
Afterwards, a proposal you are free to take elsewhere.
If there is something worth building, the proposal sets out what is in scope, what is explicitly out, what you supply and by when, the milestones and one fixed total. You read it and sign it in your browser.
The proposal costs nothing. Nothing starts and nothing is invoiced until you sign. How we work and Pricing & engagement set out what follows.
The practical details.
| Length | 30 minutes |
|---|---|

Writing first works too.
Some things are easier to explain in a few sentences. The contact form reaches the same person, who replies. Existing clients use their client portal.
Frequently asked questions
What happens on a free consultation call with SolaryxDev?
Thirty minutes online, free, with the person who would scope and build your system. We ask what the business does, where time or money leaks, and what done would look like. A written scope and one fixed number follow, or a 'not yet' with the reason.
Is the call free?
Yes. The 30-minute call is free and carries no obligation, and so does any written proposal that follows. You pay nothing until you have signed a proposal with a fixed total.
Who will I speak to?
The engineer who would scope and build your system. No sales layer or account manager sits in between, so every question on the call is one the build will depend on.
What should I prepare?
Nothing is required. It helps to know the names of your systems, rough volumes such as invoices a month, any fixed deadline, and who else decides. Leave passwords and customer records out.
Is the call recorded?
It may be transcribed to produce notes. The audio is processed on SolaryxDev's own servers and is not stored. If you would rather it was not transcribed, tell us at the start.
How do I book the call?
Choose a day and a time in the calendar on this page. If it does not load, the same calendar is at book.solaryxdev.com. We confirm each booking before the meeting, which runs online.
