Engineering capabilities, from autonomous agents to the platforms beneath them.

Every capability here is quoted as one fixed price against a signed scope, and they are built to be combined.

SolaryxDev's fifteen capabilities fall into four disciplines: autonomous systems, models and assurance, data and platforms, and strategy and operations. Start where a model can take judgement-heavy work off your people. If the records it would act on disagree, the data work comes first, and the model waits until they reconcile.

Each discipline carries the one above it.

Autonomous systems are the work models do inside a business, and models and assurance keep that work accurate, private and affordable to run. Underneath sit the data and platforms everything else acts on. Strategy decides where to begin. Operations keeps the result running after launch.

A model can only act on what the record holds.

When the starting point is unclear, we recommend this order.

  1. Make the data sound.

A model cannot rescue records that contradict each other, so data foundations and migration comes first, and the record itself when there is none worth keeping.

  2. Take out the retyping.

Integration and orchestration and document intelligence come next, and many of those workflows need no model at all.

  3. Put the intelligence to work.

Retrieval that cites its sources, then autonomous agents on the jobs that need judgement, each with a test set every upgrade must pass.

  4. Train the people last.

Once there is something real to practise on, team enablement runs inside your own systems.

One fixed price, and a warranty that follows the hosting.

Every solution is quoted the same way: one fixed price against a written scope, read and signed in the browser, with a deposit on signature and then milestones. A change of scope becomes a numbered change order, priced and signed the same way, and nothing outside the signed schedule is ever invoiced.

The source code for everything you have paid for is yours. The contract names where the system is hosted, and the warranty runs from 90 days to 24 months depending on where it runs and which plan covers it. Pricing and engagement sets out the terms.

We connect first, and replace only when it pays.

A working ERP, CRM or accounting system stays, and we reach it through its API, a database view or a scheduled export. Replacing it has to pay for itself in licence savings and hours no longer spent retyping, after the cost and risk of the migration.

When replacement is right, the old system runs beside the new one for one full cycle before it is switched off.

Built to be combined.

Every capability writes to the same record and passes the same release gate, so one engagement can combine several.

  • Autonomous agents and model operations. Agents act inside your systems, with routing, cost budgets and drift alarms once they run.
  • Retrieval and evaluation. Answers cite the file and page, and every model change has to pass a test set first.
  • Document intelligence and integration. Supplier paperwork is read, then posted, matched and chased without anyone typing it.
  • Private models and managed hosting. Open-weight models run on hardware you control, or on ours in Germany, looked after by the team that built them.

The record underneath, when you need one built.

Some companies need the system of record itself before anything can act on it. We build that too, on the same terms: CRM & ERP on ERPNext, client portals and e-signature, and UAE e-invoicing readiness where that mandate applies.

What we leave to others.

Knowing where a studio stops saves a call. These sit outside our work:

  • Training or fine-tuning models. We choose, evaluate and operate them.
  • Data warehouses and data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
  • Native mobile apps. We build web applications.
  • Design-only projects
  • Penetration testing or a security operations centre
  • Developers supplied by the day
  • Acting as an Accredited Service Provider for e-invoicing, or giving tax advice
  • Anything where a wrong automated decision is life-safety critical

If you need one of these, you will hear it on the first call, before any proposal.

Built by the engineer who scoped it.

Wherever your company is based, the work runs remotely under a single contract. The engineer who wrote your scope stays on the build through release and answers for any difference between the two.

A first conversation takes thirty minutes and costs nothing, and how we work sets out every step after it.

Frequently asked questions

What does SolaryxDev build, and where should a business start?

SolaryxDev's fifteen capabilities fall into four disciplines: autonomous systems, models and assurance, data and platforms, and strategy and operations. Start where a model can take judgement-heavy work off your people. If the records it would act on disagree, the data work comes first, and the model waits until they reconcile.

Which solution should we start with?

Start where people retype the most, or where work waits on someone reading documents. If your quotes, contracts and invoices live in places that disagree, reconciling them comes first. The first call exists for exactly this question.

Can one engagement combine several solutions?

Yes. The capabilities share one record and one release gate, so a single proposal can cover an agent, the model behind it and the integration it needs. It remains one fixed price, and each milestone delivers something you can use.

What size of business do you work with?

Size matters less than what a mistake costs. The work suits systems where a wrong figure, a wrong message or a decision made on records that disagree is expensive. An earlier-stage business usually gets more from clean, reconciled records first.

How is each solution priced?

One fixed price against a written scope, paid on milestones and never hourly for a build. The proposal names the total, the milestones, the hosting location and the warranty. This site carries no prices, because a number without a scope is a guess.

Can a company in any country work with you?

Yes. We work with companies worldwide, remotely, under one contract and one set of terms. We operate to the GDPR, and hosting is in Germany by default. The contract names any other location, including your own servers.
