The tax advice stays yours. The systems work behind it is ours.

The documents clients send you read into fields for your staff to review, and an archive of working papers that answers with the file and page cited.

The work divides by role. The firm advises on tax treatment, scope and each client's phase. We make each client's e-invoicing software emit valid PINT AE and connect it to the ASP the client appoints. On the firm's own desk, bookkeeping automation takes over: a portal collects client documents and a pipeline reads them into fields for staff to review.

Each party in an e-invoicing project keeps its own role.

Keeping the roles apart stops a readiness project from turning into free tax advice from a software vendor, or free systems work from an accountant.

Neither of us is the ASP, and the tax advice stays with you. We do the systems work you would otherwise have to find someone else to do.

Your clients' deadlines, counted down.

Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more have until 30 October 2026 to appoint an ASP and until 1 January 2027, when PINT AE invoices go live. Businesses under AED 50 million have until 31 March 2027 to appoint one and go live on 1 July 2027. Government entities go live on 1 October 2027.

The ASP deadline for the first group has already moved once, from 31 July to 30 October 2026, while go-live stayed put. Confirm each client's dates against the Ministry of Finance. The timeline counts every date down.

Readiness for one client, from gap report to live connection.

  • A gap report for the client, field by field, built from one month of their real invoices. It is theirs to keep whatever they decide next.
  • Master data cleaned. Customer and supplier TRNs, addresses and tax codes brought to one format before an ASP rejects them.
  • Mapping to PINT AE 1.0.4. The client's invoice model mapped to the OpenPeppol specification, including credit notes and the awkward cases.
  • The ASP connection, proven in the ASP's sandbox first.
  • Rejections handled, with a queue and a correction path, so a bounced invoice is fixed and resent before it turns into an unpaid one.

For a firm with several clients in scope, each client is its own engagement: its own fixed price, its own signed scope and its own isolated system. Nothing from one client's data reaches another's. The readiness checklist sets out the order the work happens in, and data readiness covers the cleanup in depth.

Your own desk, automated from collection to posting.

  • Document collection in a portal. Clients upload bank statements, invoices and receipts to one place, see what is still missing, and are reminded on a schedule. Each client sees only their own folder. Client portals.
  • Capture into fields. Supplier invoices and receipts read into date, TRN, net, VAT and total, with a confidence on each field and anything doubtful queued for your staff. Document automation.
  • Validation before posting. Totals that add up, TRNs with the right shape, duplicates refused. A check that cannot run holds the document rather than posting it.
  • An answerable archive. A private assistant over your engagement letters, working papers and correspondence that answers with the file and page cited, and admits it when it does not know.
  • Retention you set. Records kept for the period you specify. The Corporate Tax Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022, for example requires a taxable person to keep records for seven years after the end of the tax period they relate to (Article 56).

Your client stays your client.

We work directly with you on your own systems, and directly with each client on theirs, under a contract with that client. Tax, audit and bookkeeping services are not part of what we sell.

We take nothing from any ASP, so our recommendation of one is not paid for.

Frequently asked questions

How does accounting firm automation work alongside client e-invoicing?

The work divides by role. The firm advises on tax treatment, scope and each client's phase. We make each client's e-invoicing software emit valid PINT AE and connect it to the ASP the client appoints. On the firm's own desk, bookkeeping automation takes over: a portal collects client documents and a pipeline reads them into fields for staff to review.

How does e-invoicing work in the UAE?

The supplier's system issues a structured PINT AE invoice and sends it through its Accredited Service Provider to the buyer's ASP and on to the buyer, while the tax data goes to the Federal Tax Authority. PDFs and scans no longer count as e-invoices. The UAE e-invoicing readiness page explains what that asks of an ERP.

Do you give tax advice to our clients?

No, never. Tax treatment, the scope decision and anything a client asks about VAT or corporate tax stays with you. Where a systems question depends on a tax answer, we ask you and build to your answer.

Can you run the readiness work for several of our clients?

Yes. Each client is its own engagement, with one fixed price against a signed scope, its own gap report and its own isolated system. Each price follows that client's own data.

Can clients upload their documents to one place?

Yes. A portal gives each client their own upload area, shows what is still missing for the period, and sends reminders on a schedule. Uploaded documents are read into fields and queued for your review.

Will you recommend an ASP to our clients?

We tell you and your client what to test instead: fit with the client's ERP, a real sandbox, how rejections come back, and support at month end. The client then appoints from the Ministry of Finance register, and nothing we earn depends on the choice.
